Unfold Counselling securely stores your data in a One Drive folder on a work computer which is password protected and kept within a locked office. Only your counsellor will have access to your data.
Unfold Counselling will keep your personal information for 5 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting and wiping all files from the One Drive storage.
